With qikify Sales Pop-up & Proof, we're constantly striving to elevate your experience and empower your online business growth. In line with this commitment, we're excited to announce an important update to improve our customer engagement tracking. Starting from March 11, 2024, we'll launch a new pricing plan and switch our measurement method from Monthly Unique Visitor to Monthly Visitor.

What's the new measurement for visitors?

The new metric tracks visitors by session, with a session lasting 30 minutes. This means each time a customer actively interacts with your store within a 30-minute window, it will be counted as one visitor. The total visitors count resets every 30 days.

Why are we making these changes?

Qikify's updated visitor tracking provides a more accurate way to measure and grow your online business by:

✅ Tracking your actual engaged visitors: Focus on customers actively browsing your store, providing a more accurate picture of real engagement.

✅ Measuring the true size and reach of your website's audience: Gain a clearer understanding of your website's true reach and potential customer base.

New Pricing Update

Along with the measurement update, we've introduced new pricing plans based on your Shopify plan, all with unlimited monthly visitors! With this update, you might find a more cost-effective option to subscribe, that can perfectly suits your needs.

If you're happy with your current plan, no action is required. Your existing plan will remain unchanged.
