This October marked an exciting milestone for Qikify as we touched down in the vibrant city of Taipei, Taiwan. At the invitation of our valued partner Akohub, we had the privilege of sharing our expertise as guest speakers at their prestigious eCommerce event, connecting with local merchants and industry leaders who are shaping Taiwan's dynamic digital commerce scene.


Beyond the speaking engagement, our team seized the opportunity to strengthen relationships with our growing network of Taiwan-based partners, diving deep into the unique characteristics and opportunities of this thriving market. The energy and innovation we encountered throughout our visit reinforced why Taiwan continues to be one of Asia's most exciting eCommerce hubs.

The Shopify Meetup Taiwan 2024

The annual Shopify Meetup, co-hosted by Akohub and Shopify, stands as one of Taiwan's premier eCommerce gatherings, bringing together industry leaders, innovative brands, and merchants for a day of invaluable knowledge sharing. 
This year's event featured an exceptional lineup of speakers, including representatives from tech giant Logitech, prominent local brands like MAGEASY and Maoup, and an impressive roster of global Shopify partners. The event served as a vital platform for both established businesses and emerging entrepreneurs, particularly those interested in exploring Shopify Plus opportunities or expanding their presence in the Taiwan market.

As one of the invited global partners, Qikify had the privilege of participating in an engaging panel discussion focused on customer retention strategies. Alongside fellow industry leaders PageFly, Boost Commerce, and LitExtension, we shared insights drawn from our extensive experience in upselling strategies and enhancing conversion rate.
