B2B self-service means buyers can handle all of that themselves, directly through your store: registering their company, submitting quote requests, placing bulk orders, and managing their team members, without waiting on anyone. Your team stays focused on higher-value work while buyers get a faster, more professional experience.

2. Is Duos built on Shopify's native B2B infrastructure?

Yes, entirely. Duos is built on Shopify's native B2B primitives and integrates with Shopify's Customer Accounts, so everything works within Shopify's own system. That means a stable foundation that scales as your business grows and stays compatible as Shopify updates.

3. What can my B2B buyers actually do on their own with Duos?

Quite a lot. They can register their company through a custom form, submit and track quote requests, place bulk orders via SKU entry or CSV upload, create and manage shopping lists for repeat or future orders, assign roles and permissions to their own team members, and set up multi-level approval workflows for large purchases, all within their customer account.

4. How does Duos B2B Self-service handle quotes?

Buyers can request a quote directly from their account, and your team can review, counter-offer, and approve it all within the same workflow. Once a quote is agreed on, it converts to an order without any manual re-entry. Automated email notifications via Shopify Flow keep both sides updated at every stage.

5. How does Duos B2B Self-service pricing work?

Duos uses a module-based pricing model and by your Shopify plan. You only pay for the features your business actually needs. User & Permission and B2B Registration are free and come as the base of every plan. From there, you select the modules you want: B2B Quote Request ($9 to $69/month), Quick Order CSV & SKU ($19 to $79/month), B2B Shopping List ($29 to $99/month), B2B Finance & Credit ($39 to $149/month). The more modules you add, the more you save: selecting 4 gets you a 5% discount, 6 gets you 10%. Annual billing saves an additional 20%. You can add or remove modules anytime as your operation grows.

6. Is Duos B2B Self-service only for Shopify Plus stores?

No. Shopify recently opened B2B features to all plans, not just Plus, and Duos is built to take full advantage of that. Duos works on any Shopify plan.

7. Do you take custom feature requests for Duos B2B?

Yes. Duos is a newer, actively developed product and we work closely with merchants to shape the roadmap. If your B2B operation has a specific workflow or requirement that's not yet covered, reach out to discuss it, custom plans and feature development are available for the right fit.
